Moscow Tverskaya

The brief
Let the concierge tell the city — a film that opens Moscow the way the hotel’s own team would.
InterContinental Moscow Tverskaya is the brand’s Moscow flagship, on Tverskaya Street, minutes from the Kremlin. The brief was a concierge-led film for the hotel’s corporate website — built around InterContinental’s idea of the concierge as the guest’s doorway to the city — and shot to the brand’s own video guidelines so it sat naturally on the global site.
The film is voice-over-led: a warm English narration guides the viewer through an insider’s day in Moscow, with the concierge opening doors most guests never find on their own.
The approach
The film follows a single day, concierge-guided: breakfast on the terrace over the rooftops, the boutiques and cafés of the Patriarch Ponds neighbourhood, a retro sidecar ride past the Kremlin, a rooftop kept ‘just for you,’ a table held for dinner, a private look behind the scenes of Moscow’s theatre world, and the city at night. We filmed across two days with a compact crew, including a backstage theatre sequence at the Electrotheatre Stanislavsky across the street, arranged with the venue. The English voice-over was recorded with a native speaker and cut to picture in the edit.
The concierge as narrator
Told in the hotel’s insider voice — an invitation, not a feature list.
A day, opened like doors
Each scene is a recommendation the concierge makes real for the guest.
Made to brand
Shot and graded to InterContinental’s video guidelines, ready for the corporate site.
