New World Saigon Hotel

The brief
Saigon’s landmark address — a film built on texture, light and the people who run it.
New World Saigon, part of the Rosewood Hotel Group family, anchors District 1 a short walk from Ben Thanh Market. The brief was an ambience-led film for the website and social — lobby life, guest areas, dining, spa and pool, carried by staff in action rather than staged scenes.
The approach
The film runs the hotel’s own day: quiet mornings in the lobby, the kitchen at working pace, lamplight and linen as evening arrives. Movement and texture over inventory — the camera watches the hotel being a hotel, and the genuine hospitality moments do the persuading.
Morning to evening
One property, one day — the film follows the hotel’s own rhythm.
Staff in action
Real people at real work, not staged tableaux.
Texture and light
Linen, timber, lamplight — the close-up case for a landmark address.
