Rosewood
Phnom Penh

The brief
A skyline hotel filmed twice — first as a brand film, then as a library of social stories.
Rosewood Phnom Penh occupies the upper floors of the Vattanac Capital Tower, the city and the river laid out below — vertical luxury in the Cambodian capital. The work came in two parts: a cinematic brand film for the property, and then a return commission to build a deep library of short social films across its restaurants, bars, spa and suites. Both were finished in keeping with the Rosewood brand.
The approach
The first film followed a guest through the hotel and the city. Rosewood’s signature is service, so the camera stayed close to genuine moments between guests and the team rather than staging them — the welcome, the pour, the quiet attention. That film led to a second commission the same year, this time built for reach: a single intensive shoot across the property’s signature venues — the Chinese restaurant, the steakhouse, the sushi room, the rooftop bar, the spa and the pool — cut into a library of vertical films deep enough to feed the property’s social channels for months. We worked smooth and controlled inside the hotel and looser out in the city, so the energy of Phnom Penh sat against the calm of the rooms.
