Why Europe needs a specialist

Four kinds of light, one discipline.

No other region asks a crew to adapt this much. Iceland’s sun barely climbs in winter and barely sets in June — a gift, if the schedule is built around it. The Aegean throws hard, high light that flatters water and punishes façades at noon. London is soft, changeable and quick; Istanbul rewards the golden hour above the water. The same discipline runs through all of it: plan the light first, then the day.

The rules change at every border too — drone regulations differ country by country under the EASA framework, heritage and listed properties bring their own constraints, and city-centre aerials in London are close to impossible. We handle permissions in pre-production and design around restrictions, so the film gets its scale either way.

Usage & licensing — clear and simple.  Transparent, itemised licences to match what you need: website, organic social, paid social, OTA & partners, in-property screens or global brand use. Multi-property groups and cross-border campaigns bundle efficiently.

The in-room TV play.  Looped on the in-room screen, guests meet your property the moment they walk in — the spa, the dining, the experiences they haven’t booked yet. It earns its place quietly, every day, at no ongoing cost.

FAQ — hotel video in Europe

Before you enquire
Which European countries do you film in?

Recent work covers the UK, Iceland, Greece and Türkiye, with earlier flagship films in Moscow. We travel from our London base and scope new destinations on request.

What does a hotel film in Europe cost?

Every project is quoted to scope — the property, the number of films and the shoot days all shape it. Send a short brief and we’ll come back with a clear, fixed quote.

Do you handle drone rules across Europe?

Yes — drone regulations differ by country under the EASA framework, and city-centre work such as London is the most restricted. Aerials are planned property by property, with high-vantage alternatives where flights aren’t possible.

Do you work to hotel brand guidelines?

Yes — we’ve made films to the guidelines of major groups including IHG, Kempinski, Marriott and Accor brands, and plan every setup so the film passes brand review without losing its feel.

How long does production take?

Most European shoots are one to three days on the ground. First cut: 10–14 days after shoot. Final delivery: usually 3–6 weeks after shoot.
